With the increase of modern electrical and electronic equipments the amount of electrical noises generated are ever increasing. These noises must be suppressed so that it does not effect other surrounding equipments. These sounds are emitted by a number of loads like printer, florescent lamps, UPS, computers, etc. So electronic filters like Active filter 30and 75 A are to be used to suppress these harmonics. This active filter is state of the art electronic device mainly used with UPS applications for effectively suppressing these harmonics. The UPS of SG series and SitePro are usually fitted with these active filters in the UPS site to filter out the fifth harmonic. This filter does not in any case harm the output of the UPS. These filters though generally used with UPS can also be used as stand alone active filters to suppress harmonic emitted by other electronics equipments. These filters have user friendly control panels. These can also be wall mounted saving costly floor space. The cables are usually routed either from top or from bottom increasing the flexibility of the system.
